Ever wanted to learn about TNR (trap-neuter-return)? Well, now's your chance!
Join us 3:30pm Saturday, July 23rd, at the Harford County Library Aberdeen Branch where will be talking all about what TNR means, the process, and its importance to not on the cats but the community.
We are encouraging folks of all backgrounds and age groups to attend. We just ask that children under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult.
